IDS are pioneers in Travel Accounting Systems (TAS)
which has been perfected and debugged over
a period of 7 years and has covered the entire travel accounting
requirements ranging from Ticket Issuing to Accounting, complete till the
Trial Balance and Balance Sheet
Out of the 208 Travel Agencies in the Eastern Province, about 47
Agencies are having computerized Travel Accounting System and of these 35 are
using IDS – TAS.

The system comes with a complete built in security. At the Login
Screen the user has to enter his User Name and Password and depending upon
his rights the menu bar with the appropriate options are displayed.

Users Creation & Permissions
The Admin has full rights and he can create or delete users, change or
clear their passwords. Each user is assigned rights or permissions to use the
system by selecting or deselecting the option that will appear on the menu
bar.
The entry screens encompass every aspect of ticket issuing right from
Ticket Purchase to Deletion, Normal and X/O Ticket Issue, Refunds,
Invoicing and Credit Notes

The Ticket Issue screen has been built with all
the requirement given by our agencies pertaining to Ticket as well as
Accounting Details. Requisite ticket calculations are automatically
done on entering values in the appropriate fields.
A wide range of reports have been generated covering every minute
detail and requirement of our clients. Some of the major reports
are: Ticket Stock, Daily Sales, Airlinewise Sales, Invoice Analysis and
Reprinting, Profitability by Airline, by Customer and by Salesman, Extra

Template Style Filtering
Template style of filtering has been applied,
where in from a single template, various forms and types of reports can be
generated on the screen or printed depending upon the requirement.
The reports can be previewed on the screen or printed on paper
depending upon the requirement. Any form of alteration can be done
to suite and satisfy our customers.

Incase of multiple branches, a Data Transfer
module is built in, where in branches can send in the requisite data by
floppy, internet or via dial-up connections, on a regular basis to the
head office and a consolidate report of all branches can be generated.
