IDS has developed a complete Material Management Systems which has been perfected and debugged to covered the entire management's requirements ranging from Branch and Item Entries, Purchase and Sales Invoices to Stock Ledger and Value reports.

At the Login Screen the user has to enter his User Name and Password and depending upon his rights the menu bar with the appropriate options are displayed.  The system comes with a complete built in high level security.  The Admin can not only Add or Delete users but can even disable the user from Adding, Editing or Deleting records.

The master entry screens encompass every aspect of materials right from the Branch, Items Related to each Branch, Customers, Suppliers to Purchase Types

The Transactions cover all types of material transactions right from Purchase Order to Sales Invoices and Branch to Branch Stock Transfer

Reports Menu

Reports of every aspect have been covered with minute precise and detail.  They have been grouped into their major heading like Sales, Stock, Deliver Orders, etc. and each have their sub-headings encompassing various types and forms of reports.

The Item Master Entry screen accepts every minute detail related to each item.

The Purchase Order and Sales Invoice screens affect the ins and outs ie. stock of each branch and on posting automatically affect the ledger entries.

All reports have been built with template style of filtering, where in from a single template, various forms and types of reports can be generated on the screen or printed depending upon the requirement.
