The system comes with a complete built in security.  At the Login Screen the user has to enter his User Name and Password and depending upon his rights the menu bar with the appropriate options are displayed.

Users Creation & Permissions

The Admin has full rights and he can create or delete users, change or clear their passwords.  Each user is assigned rights or permissions to use the system by selecting or deselecting the option that will appear on the menu bar.

The entry screens encompass every aspect of accounting right from Voucher Entries, Chart of Accounts Creation, Invoicing and Credit Notes

Journal Voucher Entry

The Journal Voucher Entry screen has been built with all the requirement given by our customers pertaining to all the Accounting Details.  Requisite calculations are automatically done on entering values in the appropriate fields.

A complete set of all reports have been generated covering every minute detail and requirement of our clients.

Template style of filtering has been applied, where in from a single template, various forms and types of reports can be generated on the screen or printed depending upon the requirement.

The reports can be previewed on the screen or printed on paper depending upon the requirement.  Any form of alteration can be done to suite and satisfy our customers.
